3D-Rekonstruktion_Achalasie |
Ziel der monozentrische Studie ist zunächst ein dreidimensionales Modell des Ösophagus aus retrospektiven Daten der HRM, ÖGD und des Ösophagusbreischluck bei Achalasiepatienten zu programmieren. Danach sollen die prospektiv erhobenen Befunde aus der Endosonographie sowie der Impedanzplanimetrie des EndoFlip- Systems einbezogen werden, um die 3D-Rekonstruktion um die Compliance, Dehnungsfähigkeit sowie die Muskeldicke noch zu präzisieren |

Double-blind, double-dummy, randomized, parallel-group, non-inferiority phase III trial on the efficacy and tolerability of 2 mg once daily vs. 1 mg twice daily budesonide orodispersible tablets for induction of histological remission in adults with eosinophilic esophagitis. Primary objective: • To prove the non-inferiority of 1 x 2 mg/d vs. 2 x 1 mg/d budesonide orodispersible tablets for the induction of histological remission in adult patients with active eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE). Secondary Objective: • To further assess EoE-associated clinical, endoscopic, and histological findings after 6 week treatment with budesonide orodispersible tablets, • To study safety and tolerability as assessed by adverse events and laboratory parameters, • To assess patients’ quality of life |
