Iseemobility project
Iseemobility ist ein mitarbeiterzentriertes Entwicklungsprogramm, das darauf abzielt, den internationalen, interprofessionellen und hierarchiefreien Austausch zu fördern. Es eröffnet neue Perspektiven und generiert innovative Ansätze sowie neue Impulse.
Seit 2022 bietet das Universitätsklinikum Augsburg Mitarbeitenden aus den Bereichen Medizin, Pflege und Therapie im Rahmen variierender Jahresprogramme die Möglichkeit, an Hospitationen in Schweden teilzunehmen, interprofessionelle Kompetenzen zu stärken und internationale Netzwerke aufzubauen.
A-ICP
The A-ICP programme was launched in 2024 at Augsburg University Hospital: Inspired by Scandinavian approaches, A-ICP combines a training and work shadowing programme with the establishment of interprofessional learning islands. This initiative promotes interprofessional learning and collaboration in a sustainable manner.
ILiA
At Augsburg University Hospital, interprofessional learning islands offer practical training for trainees and students in the healthcare sector. Under the guidance of practical instructors and mentors, independent work, teamwork and professional skills are promoted. At the same time, the learning islands enhance patient safety and relieve the burden on the ward team – an innovative concept for the future of training at UKA.
